About the role
As an experienced Accounts Payable, you will perform the following duties:
Accounts Payable
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reconciliations of supplier’s statements
- Liaise with Suppliers
- Processing supplier payments in a timely manner
- Reconciliations of internal and external commission
Accounts Receivable
- Processing debtor invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Process cashbook
Skills and experience
At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.
We anticipate that you will already possess a strong level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts role.
- Accounting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data input
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office 365 software including excel
Beyond that, you are reliable, detail oriented, considerate and demonstrate a genuine understanding of teamwork.
