For them - here’s how you’ll contribute

As our Client Accounts Officer, you will provide operational and business support to the General Manager Corporate Services, ensuring client accounts are accurate, compliance with relevant legislation, client invoicing and monthly reconciliation. The role works closely with the General Manager Corporate Services, Management and Financial Accountants, Accounts Payable Officer, and Reception/Cashier.

With you - here’s what you’ll need

1. Qualification in Business/Commerce/Finance
2. Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in accounting related roles and or accounts receivable roles
3. Demonstrated experience with accounts receivables
4. Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
5. Strong Microsoft Office and Accounting Software skills, with the ability to learn new software packages
6. Demonstrated experience in organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload, meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
7. Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills 
8. Demonstrated skills and experience in the following behavioural competencies:

• Deciding and Initiating Action
• Adhering to Principles and Values 
• Applying expertise and technology
• Delivering and Meeting Expectations 
• Relating & Networking

Desirable
Demonstrated experience in:

1. Aged Care or Government regulated sectors 
2. Client services roles
3. Managing external audit requirements
