Our client is looking to engage a Organisational Change, Communications and Training Lead who will be responsible for ensuring that the impact of new or upgraded IT systems and projects are managed in an effective way to ensure the delivery of desired business outcomes.

Description
- Manage assigned deliverables and coordinate required time dependent upon project size.
- Manage the organisational change effort and resourcing/scoping for assigned projects.
- Identify and map stakeholders with a view to developing an appropriate engagement approach. Coordinate and manage these stakeholder groups.
- Design and undertake business environment scans and change impact/complexity assessments for the deployment approach.
- Conduct communication planning and execute the communication action plan.
- Conduct training and support planning. Oversee the schedule of deliverables, including the preparation and delivery of training materials.
- Develop and deliver HR and organisational change transition and action planning/preparation for go-live and support/handover for post go-live with operational groups.
- Undertake OCM risk and issue identification with mitigation treatment, strategy development/actioning.
Profile
- Minimum of 10 years previous experience in an Organisational Change and/or Training lead role in a large and complex information technology organisation.
- Professional organisational change manager qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong experience and background in Project Change Management and communications. Experience in training is highly desirable.
- Several year's experience working on IT projects and leading the organisation change management effort.
- Proven experience planning and developing OCM strategies, coordinating impact analyses and business readiness activities.
- Proven experience managing the implementation of OCM plans (transition, communication, training and support etc.) and providing quality review of project materials for business change projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with experience in managing governance groups and/or representing the project as an OCM specialist on project boards/steering committees.
- Exceptional writing skills and experience in preparing materials for business change communication, training and support.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
- Strong team focus.
