The opportunity
With the recent acquisition of Wilsons Promontory Cruises, we have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Accountants Officer, who would like to pursue a rewarding career within our Finance Team.
Our busy team manages the accounts payable & receivable for several Companies, allowing you plenty of diversity in your role.
This part-time position represents an opportunity to play a key role in a collaborative, supportive environment where you will be focused on a range of duties including but not limited to:
- Data entry & processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintaining up-to-date records and accurate filing systems
- Communicating with various suppliers to resolve account queries
- Liaising with department managers to efficiently have invoices approved
- Managing enquiries and anomalies in relation to accounts receivable and payments
- Other account-based administrative tasks as directed by Supervisor

- Be able to demonstrate commitment to customer service, with a continuous improvement focus
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
