The opportunity

With the recent acquisition of Wilsons Promontory Cruises, we have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Accountants Officer, who would like to pursue a rewarding career within our Finance Team. 

Our busy team manages the accounts payable & receivable for several Companies, allowing you plenty of diversity in your role.

This part-time position represents an opportunity to play a key role in a collaborative, supportive environment where you will be focused on a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Data entry & processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable 
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and accurate filing systems
  • Communicating with various suppliers to resolve account queries
  • Liaising with department managers to efficiently have invoices approved
  • Managing enquiries and anomalies in relation to accounts receivable and payments
  • Other account-based administrative tasks as directed by Supervisor

  • Be able to demonstrate commitment to customer service, with a continuous improvement focus
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
  • Have a growth and learner mindset
