About the Role – Variety, teamwork
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer who is proficient with the use of Xero and enjoys variety and teamwork.
The successful candidate day to day duties will include:
- Perform the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable function.
- Processing credit card transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
- Undertake accounts receivable function including generating invoices.
- General finance and office administration tasks as required.
Experience with processing payroll desirable but not essential.
The key skills, experience and qualities we are seeking include:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable and receivable role with demonstrated proficiency in Xero
- Strong work ethic and good time management and organisational skills;
- Demonstrate a high level of written and interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Actively encourages continuous improvement measures.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to multi-task; and
- Understand the importance of always maintaining confidentiality, sound judgement and privacy.
