The opportunity
We're on the hunt for a passionate Accounts Officer/All-rounder to join our growing team in Melbourne.
If you love a fast-paced environment working with a fantastic group of people and take pride in data accuracy, enjoy the responsibility of reconciliations and hunt for ways to improve what we are doing by getting your hands dirty, then we have the role for you.
This role is for an Accounts Officer/All Rounder and Melbourne-based. Duties include:
- Raising Sales invoices
- Assisting in Accounts Payable
- Assisting Payroll team in contractors invoicing
- Liaising between the Professional Services Finance team and the PeopleIN Group AR Team
- Liaising between the Professional Services Finance team and the Operations Team
- Assisting with general ad hoc admin tasks
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they arise.
You will:
- Have experience in a similar role

- Self-organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level numeracy and with great attention to detail
- High competency using the MS Office Suite
