They have a strong history of success in business performance and providing jobs to regional communities.As they continue to expand, they are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join the team long term.This is a temporary to Permanent opportunity; starting immediately.The RoleReporting to the Finance lead; your duties will include but not limited to: Full function accounts payable including entry of invoices, preparing bank payments and allocating payments. Full function accounts receivable covering entering invoices, preparing bank receipts and allocations. GL maintenance Bank reconciliations Prepare invoices for intercompany recharges Foreign currency payments Managing a busy inbox About YouThe successful candidate will have extensive experience working in full function accounts payables & receivables in a large complex business structure, dealing with multiple entities. You will be experienced in processing a high volume of transactions and be able to prioritise your work and work well independently as well as in a team.
