We specialise in oversize freight services across Australia and are seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer to join us in Maddington, WA. This part-time permanent role is perfect for someone looking to work school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level assistance to our management team
• Minimum four years experience in a similar role
• Daily Invoice, debt collection, payroll, reconciliation of all receipts and account statements, etc.
• Manage accounts using MYOB
• Multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Utilise advanced knowledge of MS Office programs 
• Able to work with an Integrated Transport/Accounting software program
• Ad hoc duties and administrative support as required
• Deliver excellent customer service with a polite phone manner
• Meet deadlines and possess strong numerical skills
• Think divergently to solve complex problems

Ideal Candidate:

• Proficient in MYOB
• Prior experience in the concrete/transport industry
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
• Excellent customer service skills and polite phone manner
• Strong numerical skills
• Divergent thinker
• Highly trustworthy and reliable
