The Position
Working within a friendly team, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of an efficient and customer focused Accounts Payable service. Initially your main duties will involve administrative and associated tasks including;
- Data entry
- Processing and payment of creditor’s invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Managing the petty cash service.
Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable utilising computerised Accounts Payable systems
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and procedures including GST legislation
Location
This position is based at the City’s administration building at 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood.
Salary: Level 3/4 $71,662 to $84,150 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience.
