The Company
NSW Timber & Hardware is a rapidly growing retailer based in south-west Sydney. We’re looking for a determined, focused individual to join our finance team and grow with us. Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will use your experience in financial/accounts administration and exceptional attention to detail to help us implement strong, process-based controls across the company.
The Role
- Accounts receivable, including allocation of payments and reconciliation
- Accounts payable, including processing of invoices
- Customer Account Maintenance and Service
- Monthly Supplier Reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Supporting the Financial Accountant with EOM reporting and reconciliation
- Managing the Accounts Inbox and all Inbound Accounts Enquiries
- Other adhoc tasks as required
About You
- Min. 2 years experience in Accounts Administration (AP/AR or both)
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize.
- Diligent with an uncompromising attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a good phone manner
