AddressDue to business expansion and growth, AGIS are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer for an immediate start to assist in the successful delivery of our services across the region, working closely with the site-based staff and the operations management team based in the Mackay office.

About the Role:- Processing vendor transactions, namely purchase orders, tax invoices and statements
- Liaising with vendors regarding accounts queries by email and phone while providing excellent customer service and assistance
- Maintaining files and records
- Performing account reconciliations and assisting with end of month reporting
- Ability to provide relief to cover leave in other departments
- Other tasks and duties as needed across the company

About You:- Accounts Payable or Receivable experience
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Services industry experience will be highly regarded
- An ability to prioritise and manage expectations and deadlines
- A keen eye for detail
- An ability to work independently
- Sound communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team focus
