A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a superstar Accounts Officer/Bookkeeper to join our growing team!
This position is a part time role, offering 20-25 hours a week, mornings only, 5 days a week!
About your new role
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Intercompany account reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting payroll in day to day tasks
- End of month preparation and posting of relevant journal entries
- Other tasks as required
A little about you
- Tertiary qualification is not essential but relevant experience is highly regarded.
- Working Skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Experience working to a deadline and prioritising workload
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- MYOB, Xero or other ERP software experience (desirable)
- Experience with foreign exchange (favourable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated and can work harmoniously in a team environment
