Currently seeking (9) talented Ministerial Complaints / Compliance Officer to join their busy team for an 12-month temporary assignment.About the role:As a Ministerial Complaints / Compliance Officer, you will communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries. In addition, key duties include:
- Managing complaints coming into the agency
- Assessing, recording, resolving and referring as required
- Managing escalated complaints and working to strict deadlines
- Drafting and sending high quality written correspondence
- Coordinating correspondence, briefing and reporting functions
- Previous experience in a complaints, compliance, or dispute resolution roles
- Background working in Ministry Offices and Parliamentary Branch within Government will be highly regarded
- Ability to manage a high caseload of work, meet deadlines and prioritise work in line with risk and complaint due dates.
- Strong communication skills - both over the phone and written
- High attention to detail
- Excellent data entry and record keeping skills
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12-month casual temporary assignment
- Guaranteed full time hours - Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day
