We are seeking applications from career focused candidates for the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, based Melbourne South East.
The applicant will work within the Finance department and will be responsible for supporting the credit and Accounts Payable functions.
The role:
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Allocation of creditor invoices for processing
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Responding and resolution of supplier inquiries
- Assisting in processing functions as required
Key skill requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A strong work ethic.
- The ability to work cohesively within a supportive team environment.
- MS Excel / Word / Outlook capable
- Experience with MYOB advantageous.
Previous Accounts Payable experience would be viewed favourably.
Suitable for accounting graduates seeking to learn and gain experience.
