Accounts Payable - Maternity Leave Role 9 Months Contract

A well established seafood company is seeking an Accounts Payable officer to join our friendly team for a Maternity Leave position.

You must have at least two years experience in Accounts Payable position

Responsibilities:

• High volume data entry of invoices
• Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures 
• Maintain a clean, organised Accounts Payable ledger
• Reconciliation of supplier payments
• Process pay runs
• Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally
• Data entry of invoicing for delivery runs daily  
• Other general finance administration duties/office all rounder

The ideal candidate: 

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• You must be reliable, punctual able to multi task with a can-do attitud

Hours: 7.00am to 2.30pm

Monday to Friday
