A well established seafood company is seeking an Accounts Payable officer to join our friendly team for a Maternity Leave position.
You must have at least two years experience in Accounts Payable position
Responsibilities:
- High volume data entry of invoices
- Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised Accounts Payable ledger
- Reconciliation of supplier payments
- Process pay runs
- Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally
- Data entry of invoicing for delivery runs daily
- Other general finance administration duties/office all rounder
The ideal candidate:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- You must be reliable, punctual able to multi task with a can-do attitud
Hours: 7.00am to 2.30pm
Monday to Friday
