AddressPosition Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a great finance team. The role involves end-to-end Accounts Payable responsibilities, handling transactions and manual processing using MYOB. This is a temporary position for 3 months with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform manual processing using MYOB
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding payment queries
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Ability to communicate effectively with director-level stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software
Location and Working Hours:
This role offers a very hybrid working environment, with the manager/team in the office two days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays.
