Accounts Payable Officer - 4 Week Temporary Assignment

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Accounts Payabel Officer to join a stable team environment based in Mulgrave.

This role is a temporary opportunity to cover some leave, assist the existing team and secure a fabulous opportunity for the next 4 weeks!

Reporting through to the Accounts Payable Manager your responsibilities include:

• Processing invoices
• Managing costing and invoice queries
• Coding of invoices 
• Managing supplier queries 
• Ad hoc Accounts Payable duties

Skills required:

• Experience in a similar role
• Pro-active approach
• Ability to manage your own ledger
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong Customer Service focus
• SAP experience ideal but not mandatory
