We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance team.
This role can be part-time or full-time, with flexible work arrangements, and reports to the Administration Manager. It is based in our Head Office in Mentone; the office is a newly renovated facility with onsite parking and your own personal working space.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process Invoices & Payments
- Complete Reconciliations
- Process Credit Card Statements
- Create and Maintain Creditor Master Data
- Adhoc Reporting
About You:
- Accounts payable experience, Automotive Account experience is highly regarded
- Strong people skills including interpersonal skills and communication
- Ability to work with & support internal and external customers
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Sound knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Pentana
- High attention to detail and accuracy
