About the role
The Finance Team at Life Care have recently undergone a transformation and an exciting opportunity now exists for a passionate and detail-orientated Accounts Payable Officer. Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the role will be offered as Full-time (76 hours / fortnight) and be based at our Corporate Services Office in Unley. Flexibility and WFH options can most certainly be considered for the role.
In the role, you will be focused on:
- Processing a high-volume of invoices / data entry
- Payment of supplier accounts via EFT’s, BPay & cheques
- Management of daily accounts emails, mail and distribution
- Management of enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
The role will suit someone who has experience in a similar function or has great data-entry skills and a high-level of attention-to-detail, looking for their next step. The role is high-volume so candidates must be comfortable working in a busy environment and juggling priorities throughout the course of the day!
Additionally, candidates will have:
- Working knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and practice
- High accuracy and efficiency with data entry
- Knowledge and / or experience working with Epicor or similar Finance software
- Capacity to build natural rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibility and effectively as part of a tight-knit Finance Team
