About the role and you!

The role of Accounts Payable Officer (Melbourne) will report to the Financial Controller, and you will play an integral role within a high performing finance team, involving taking ownership of the Accounts Payable process.

The successful candidate will ideally have a background in a similarly fast paced Accounts Payable role within a highly regarded organisation.

The ideal candidate we are looking for will:

• Have end to end Accounts Payable experience in a similar role
• Be capable of coding, processing, and paying high volumes of invoices in a timely manner
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Be proactive in initiating process improvement
• Have experience managing corporate cards and employee expense reimbursements
• Have excellent attention to detail with a high level of literacy and numeracy
• Be highly energetic and have a passion for sport, the industry, and our content
• Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Have a strong work ethic and collaborative work approach
• Have good time management skills, be highly organised and results driven
