Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a 6-month contract, full time basis. Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager, you will become an essential part of the team to ensure the smooth running of the
Accounts Payable function.
What you will be doing- Process supplier invoices and credits in accordance with policies and procedures
- Match invoices with purchase orders and process within Navision & Sympac
- Reconcile Creditor Statements monthly
- Prepare and process weekly eft and international payment runs
- Resolve supplier and internal customer queries to ensure satisfactory outcome for the supplier and Coregas Group
- Prepare monthly accruals
- Prepare monthly depot commission payments
- Answering incoming vendor queries
What we need from you- Previous Accounts Payable experience with computer based systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of numerical accuracy
