We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our Finance Team in our Head Office in Osborne Park on on an Immediate start 6 week contract.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be required to assist the finance team providing accurate and timely processing of all invoices. Role Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices in the accounting system
- Maintenance of petty cash
- Recording all payments
- Maintaining listings of Accounts Payable and receivable
- Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and credit cards.
- Verifying that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year experience processing invoices in a high-volume environment.
- Accounts payable experience (highly desirable)
- A self-starter with a positive attitude
- Focused and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- High standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
