About the Role - Accounts Officer
We are seeking a multi-talented Accounts officer to manage daily tasks of processing invoices, answering Accounts Payable queries from providers, and Accounts Receivable queries from clients. Assist with vendor payments, and ensure compliance to internal process and procedures.
In this role you:
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Check invoices for GST and invoicing compliance
- Handling queries related to accounts
- Maintaining financial records
About You
To be successful, you have:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook and Dynamics AX
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer
- Detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills handling internal and external counterparts
Qualifications required for the role:
- Diploma in Business, Accountancy or equivalent
- Part of our selection process requires the completion of psychometric assessments
- All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory National Police Check conducted by Care Connect
- A valid Working with Children Check supplied prior to employment
- A statutory declaration confirming Australian residency status (an international police check/s may be required for non-residents)
