Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update Accounts Payable records.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to address and resolve any invoicing issues.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of credit and debtors management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
