About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Contact Centre and Data Entry Administrator for our leading Government client based locally within Adelaide. This position will be casual three month duration with potential for extension, based within the Accounts Payable, Review Team. The role is best suited to candidates with previous experience in frontline customer service, contact centre and payroll, in a fast paced customer service role, working with high volumes of data.
Skills and Experience:
High level of attention to detail
Customer Service and proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
Good Data Entry skills, accuracy and proven reliability.
Ability to learn/adapt quickly.
Able to communicate to a high level (written and verbally).
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
A current National Police Clearance is required
