Accounts Payable Officer

We are seeking an experienced AS02 Accounts Payable Officer to join one of our government clients for an immediate start for a 6 months assignment.

The Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and Amend SAGov Suppliers accounts in multiple Financial systems, liaising with SAGov Suppliers re Tax Invoice compliance
• Accounts payable
• Data entry

Skills and Experience Required

We are seeking applications from candidates who bring:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn fast/adapt quickly
• Ability to manage high volumes of work
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Strong Customer service skills
• Data Entry/typing (min 40 wpm)
• Contact Centre & Data Entry experience is essential
• Valid National Police Clearance (copy must be provided)
