Accounts Payable Officer / Accounts Administrator

We are on the lookout for a Bookkeeper( Accounts Payable) to join our team. We are seeking someone with boundless energy and a passion for excellence and multi-tasking.
- Immediate Start

- The Accounts Officer will work alongside a dynamic team to support our key activities.
- Accounts Payable function
- Process weekly payroll.
- Assist in the preparation of BAS
- Reconcile Bank accounts.
General Administration:
- Produce Monthly Xero Dashboard reports to the director
Qualifications, Skill and Experience:
- Cert IV or Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping (desirable)
- Minimum 3+ years Accounts Officer or Bookkeeping/ Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in XERO account software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel for Excel Charts / Data Analysis Report
- Advanced Microsoft Office Package skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and independence.
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive team player attitude whilst being able to work autonomously
