Customer Service Officer

Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government business who are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Emerald.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a positive customer experience by exercising a high degree of
  judgment and initiative focused on first point of contact resolution. 
• Undertake financial transactions, cash handling, receipting and banking processes in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurate and efficient data input and records management 
• Provide general administrative support requiring the exercise of sound
  judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance of work.
• Maintain a high standard of corporate image and personal presentation

Candidate Criteria:

• Call Centre Skills/Knowledge.
• Minimum of three (3) years Customer Service experience.
• Multitasking
• Exceptional Customer Service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office Skills/Knowledge: Excel, Word, Teams.
