Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government business who are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Emerald.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive customer experience by exercising a high degree of
judgment and initiative focused on first point of contact resolution. - Undertake financial transactions, cash handling, receipting and banking processes in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurate and efficient data input and records management
- Provide general administrative support requiring the exercise of sound
judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance of work. - Maintain a high standard of corporate image and personal presentation
- Call Centre Skills/Knowledge.
- Minimum of three (3) years Customer Service experience.
- Multitasking
- Exceptional Customer Service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Skills/Knowledge: Excel, Word, Teams.
