We are in search of an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Officer for an industry leading and family-owned Australian manufacturer and distributer. Is this you?

Responsibilities
- Receive creditor accounts, sort/match & distribute for authorisation
- Efficient & accurate processing & payment to creditors
- Reconciling, general ledger coding, checking / pricing of accounts to be processed
- Produce payment documentation in accordance with agreed terms & coordinate process for payment
- Address and follow-up queried accounts ensuring timely resolution, ensuring permits, licenses and leases are adhered to
- Account reconciliations and reporting
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years experience working in full-function Accounts Payable role within manufacturing, construction materials or construction industry environment within the local market
- A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, excellent time management and organisation skills
- Strong customer service focus and proven stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
