About the Role
We are currently offering a full-time permanent position for a reliable and skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic Finance teams located at our cutting-edge Australasian headquarters in the heart of Adelaide CBD. Reporting to the Senior Finance Coordinator, the Accounts Payable Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Aviation Finance Division and actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Accounts Payable process. Key responsibilities encompass timely and accurate entry of Accounts Payable invoices, oversight of weekly supplier payments, management of outstanding invoices, resolution of invoice queries, and undertaking ad hoc finance function duties as necessary.

This position is suited for an accomplished Accounts Payable Officer with a demonstrated history of success in a complex business setting. We are seeking a reliable professional with outstanding interpersonal skills, a robust understanding of financial systems and processes, and a proven ability to deliver results. As a confident team player, you should possess a passion for identifying opportunities, driving change, and collaborating within a team environment, while also having the capability to work independently when necessary. Your skill set should include exceptional time management and organisational abilities, coupled with the capacity to prioritise, plan, and manage workloads and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will exhibit high-level ERP and computer proficiency, showcasing an aptitude for quickly adapting to and learning new systems and processes.
