Qualifications & experience
- At least five years of experience within an Accounts Payable role or similar.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supervising the workflow of a small Accounts Payable team, including one direct report to ensure all Accounts Payable deadlines are met.
- Ensure entry of all supplier invoices occurs promptly to enable general ledger accuracy and on time payments.
- Manage daily interactions with Suppliers including account reconciliations and communicating in a productive manner which seeks to continually improve the relationship the Supplier has with the company.
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to ensure that supplier account balances are maintained within negotiated or agreed terms for contracted services.
