Role Overview
This is a full-time position based in our Belmont, W.A office. You'll manage payroll processes, ensure accurate record-keeping, and navigate multiple industry awards across our 3 businesses. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for 150+ staff accurately and on time.
- Manage long service leave, workers' compensation, and termination payments.
- Reconcile and process PAYG, Superannuation, LSL, Workers' Compensation reimbursements & Payroll tax.
- Resolve payroll queries and offer support to employees and managers.
- Interpret modern awards and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Handle accounts payables, invoicing, and debt collection.
- Assist with month-end processes, cash flow management, and ad hoc reporting.
- Undertake daily bookkeeping, admin duties, and support business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounts and payroll experience.
- Proficiency in MYOB AR, Office, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data entry skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility with daily start/finish times.
