We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can manage the day-to-day running of a small Accountancy Practice.
Responsibilities are:
• Day to day management of office duties and functions
• Corporate compliance administration
• Billing and debtors control
• Maintenance of clients records and database.
• Management of electronic diaries and executive assistant to Principal
• Liaise with clients via phone, email and in person.
Skills/Experience:
• Experience in MYOB Practice Manager (highly desirable)
• Must have previous experience managing an Accounting Practice
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF Docs
• Experience dealing with the ATO, ASIC, State Revenue, and other government financial agencies (advantageous)
