10 month Maternity Leave Contract.
Part Time Hours 8:30am to 2:30pm Mon-Fri
The Person
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Accounts Background - preferably in receivables
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices – receivables
- Payment allocations and bank reconciliations
- Capable of supporting multiple departments – Data Entry, Scheduling, Reception overflow
- Willing to learn and be trained in fast paced busy environment.
- Consistency and an eye for detail
- Xero experience beneficial – however not essential
- Self-motivated and organised with great time Management skills.
- Trustworthy, reliable and excellent attitude
