The CompanyOur client is an international plumbing company that has been operating for over 25 years. They are currently taking on more work in their maintenance division and due to an increased workload, they are looking at hiring an office administrator.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable duties
• Invoicing large volume across multiple clients
• Liaising with Clients
•  Debt Collecting
•  Client Portal Management
•  Client Reporting
•  Maintaining relationships with management
•  General administrative duties

Requirements

• Must have Accounts Receivable/bookkeeping experience
• Must be computer literate and have experience with MS Excel, Projects, Word and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively on the phone
• Good communication skills
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Ability to problem solve
