Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable duties
- Invoicing large volume across multiple clients
- Liaising with Clients
- Debt Collecting
- Client Portal Management
- Client Reporting
- Maintaining relationships with management
- General administrative duties
- Must have Accounts Receivable/bookkeeping experience
- Must be computer literate and have experience with MS Excel, Projects, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone
- Good communication skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to problem solve
