ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Casual or Part Time Role
Located in a convenient Western Coastal location with ample parking, this casual or part-time role offers 15-20 hours per week spread across 3 to 4 days, allowing flexibility to accommodate school and family commitments.
This position involves managing account invoicing, credit disbursements, major client invoicing, and crucial accounting tasks. We seek a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and excellent reconciliation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily XERO reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Develop & Implement debt management and collection procedures.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate on various accounting duties as needed.
- Ensure timely creation of invoices, including disbursement of holding account funds.
- Maintain member information and payment details.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Answer the telephone and provide Reception duties when needed.
Skills & Experience:
Experience:
- Intermediate level of accounting knowledge.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Proven workplace experience in a member-based environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Xero.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to work effectively in a small team environment.
