About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to bolster this team. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you'll enjoy a supportive environment and be primarily responsible for managing Accounts Receivable functions.
Responsibilities:
Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies
Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
Prepare aging reports and analyze Accounts Receivable aging to identify delinquent accounts
Communicate with clients to address inquiries and facilitate payment resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collections processes
Skills and Experience:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proven initiative and eagerness to learn
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel essential)
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Professional demeanor with a friendly, can-do attitude
