Account Receivable Officer - 6085190305 - Mount Gambier

A Mount Gambier Business is seeking Accounts Receivable Officer using integrated software package . Position is 2 days per week

• Building relationships with our varied customer groups and preparing and emailing out weekly/monthly debtor accounts statements.
• Importing and journal entries for credit card, EFT and cheque payments
• Account reconciliation and payment allocation
• Maintaining overdue balances to a satisfactory level
• Ensuring account reconciliations are correct before closing off month end
• Following up with customers in relation to outstanding accounts
• Scanning and electronic filing of documents
• Stock Control

• High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
• Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible and focused in the face of change
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
