We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Innovation Department. Working within the Digital Experience Team, this role will assist with the creation of an exceptional digital customer experience through providing support for Mazda’s customer-facing digital platforms.
Your new role will be responsible for coordinating the production and delivery of digital assets with our digital agency and for executing website content changes including new content creation utilising the EPiServer CMS. The role will also serve as the lead for analytics encompassing GA4 and Tealium tagging, Conversation rate optimisation and personalisation initiatives. This role is also responsible for supporting updates, ongoing maintenance, and Dealer take-up of Mazda’s in-Dealership digital kiosk (Retail Hub).
This role is based at our National head office in Mulgrave, reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Experience. This role requires in-office presence four days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
About You
Degree qualified in business or marketing, it’s clear that you have a tremendous passion for digital technology. Your Digital Marketing experience and strong understanding of analytics tools are what sets you apart from the rest. It goes without saying that you'll be a first-class communicator – a true professional with a strong ability to collaborate with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition to the above, to be considered for the role, you will need:
- Marketing experience in a Digital focused role.
- Solid understanding of Web Content Management Systems and Website Analytics.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital technology.
