Accounts Receivable Clerk - Tuncurry

Utilise your experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and Administration and join our Finance Team in Tuncurry as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

 Responsibilities of the role are broad and will include:

• Handling incoming calls and emails within established guidelines
• Perform specialised  customer reporting and account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve account queries or payment discrepancies
• Review outstanding customer accounts and contact customers for payment
• Process customer payments and credit applications
• Assist with end of month and end of year practices
• Assist with general reception duties as required

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have: 

• Minimum two years experience in a similar role
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills
• Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability to meet strict deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams

• Permanent position with the stability of an expanding family owned and operated business
• Attractive hourly rate, Monday to Friday only
