We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our finance & administration team, based in our Murarrie head office. You will work closely with our operations teams to ensure receivables goals and targets are met whilst promoting accuracy in our data.

How you'll contribute
This is a very hands-on role, with responsibility for Accounts Receivable across our national client base.
Key duties include:
- Full function Accounts Receivable to ensure prompt & accurate payments
- Follow up with clients on overdue accounts via phone and email
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and work with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or billing issues where possible
- Provide high-level customer service to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support to finance and administration team as needed.
Do you have…
- 2+ years’ experience in an AR or similar role
- Advanced MS Office skills – particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Emotional maturity to build strong working relations with key stakeholders
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Great communication & stakeholder management experience
- A team player spirit and are adaptable
