Key Responsibilities:
Effectively resolve escalations
Process improvements
Credit Risk Management
Create and maintain customer relationships
Escalate overdue accounts by communicating with internal stakeholders
Manage overdue debt process and liaise with debt collection agency
Weekly and monthly reporting
Manage a team of 4
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as AR Manager or Team Leader
High volume environment experience
Previous experience managing a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong Excel skills
Experience in process improvements
