Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively resolve escalations
- Process improvements
- Credit Risk Management
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Escalate overdue accounts by communicating with internal stakeholders
- Manage overdue debt process and liaise with debt collection agency
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Manage a team of 4
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as AR Manager or Team Leader
- High volume environment experience
- Previous experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in process improvements
