Accounts Receivable Manager

The opportunity:

• Accounts Receivable Manager
• Lead a team of 4
• $110k inclusive of super
• Inner suburbs of Melbourne
• Office-based role

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively resolve escalations
• Process improvements
• Credit Risk Management
• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Escalate overdue accounts by communicating with internal stakeholders
• Manage overdue debt process and liaise with debt collection agency
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Manage a team of 4

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as AR Manager or Team Leader
• High volume environment experience
• Previous experience managing a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in process improvements
