Assumption College Kilmore is looking for a warm, friendly, service-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to support our school community. The position is a 12 month contract (maternity leave replacement).
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar.
- Ability to demonstrate the initiative, sensitivity and tact and an appreciation of the need for confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan and organise workload with demonstrated resilience and perseverance in the face of challenge or change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to address and relate well to a board range of individuals, on a variety of levels.
- Knowledge of SAS 2000 / School Edge or other accounting packages.
- Ability to meet strict confidentiality requirements in relation to all students/staff/families and school operations.
- Well-developed level computer skills in area of computerised accounting systems, spreadsheets and other associated computer software.
- Have a proven capacity to work independently and effectively in the face of changing priorities, deadlines and pressure.
- Provide support to Main Reception as required.
- The successful applicant must hold a current driver’s license and current Victoria Police Check and Working with Children Check
