The Company
Our client is one of Melbourne's most sort after employers. With offices based near to the CBD they are in need of an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join a close-knit and friendly finance team.
The primary responsibility of the role is to take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function, leading a team of 4 and overseeing all collections processes, partnering with internal managers and external clients to maintain operational best practice.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include:
Overseeing the Accounts Receivable Team with 4 direct reports.
Responsibility for managing all credit functions, including matching of EFT's, BPAY, Credit Cards and Cheques, onboarding new customers, dispute resolution, and account reconciliations.
Maintaining customer relationships to retrieve payments across multiple currencies.
Escalate action on overdue accounts.
Manage bad debt process and liaise with debt collection agency
Weekly and monthly reporting to Finance Manager
Your Profile
To be successful in this position you will have a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. You will be an excellent communicator, a team player, and have a passion for enhancing customer experience. You will be systems savvy and possess an intermediate level of Excel skills.
