Sunshine Coast Radiology is part of the Imaging Queensland and Integral Diagnostic group of growing and innovative Radiology practices that is dedicated to achieving excellence. Across Queensland we currently operate 22 quality assured practices that provides Medical Imaging and Radiology services in Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Central Queensland. Key ResponsibilitiesABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator with patient accounts recovery experience to join our centralised finance team at our Head Office located in Maroochydore.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist in the recovery of patient accounts
- Liaising with Medicare, Patients Health funds, WorkCover and other health professionals' services via phone or email (this is not a front reception role)
- Supporting the Radiology Reception team with patient billing, receipting, and upskilling
ABOUT YOU
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Min of 2 years' experience within Radiology, Medical or Hospital billing role; ideally in a hospital billing department
- Fast and accurate auditing aptitude to grasp the processes
- Knowledge of Medicare billing, MBS and Private Health Fund claiming/Eclipse
- Experience with Karisma RIS or Medical software highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service with confident phone manner
- Ability to work as part of our knowledgeable team

This is a permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week - 9-day fortnight with some flexibility with start and finish times. Offering remuneration circa of $57,000 to $64,000 + super based on experience.
