About the Role – Based at Bundall Gold Coast
This position is a mix of the excitement of the horse/equine Industry and sales, with the daily function of accounts. Think you’ve done Accounts Receivable before, not like this.
Due to a retirement, we are looking for someone to join our accounts team in this varied role. If you are just starting your career in accounts or have previous experience in account receivable or customer service roles, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a mature minded person who is confident when meeting clients and vendors in person and answering phone and E-Mail enquiries. With the right personality and passion to continue our success in delivering this unique Magic Millions experience and have fun doing so. This position will require some travel to both local and interstate sales, including some weekends. This also offers you the option to attend race meeting, carnival events and industry functions.
This role will mainly be to assist the Accounts Receivable with outbound calls and resolving share percentage changes in a timely manner. While continuing to maintain and build relationships with our clients and cashflow for the business.
Other tasks will include.
- Assisting with sales day events for a large number of clients.
- Account reconciliations.
- Maintain PPSR register.
- Monitor and updating client details.
- Investigating and resolving customer enquires.
- Ability to handle a high volume workload accurately and efficiently.
- Be able to communicate well both verbally and written with customers and internal teams.
- Prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Use of Excel with excellent numeracy skills and understanding of % calculations.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
