Advanced Cranes & Rigging (ACR) is a family-owned business specialising in general hire and major projects of logistics, crane, rigging and transport services. ACR has a fleet of company-owned prime movers and trailers that move counterweights, lifting equipment and other freight across Victoria and interstate.
Our accounts team is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable administrator to support our high-level commitment to our clients. Our team operates some of Australia's biggest and best mobile crane and prime mover fleet.

To be successful in this role, you will;
- Review booking system daily for completed jobs, create & distribute invoices to clients through collation of delivery dockets
- Create and distribute monthly project claims to clients through collation of delivery dockets
- Liaise with clients regarding invoicing queries and raising credit notes when required
- Understand and adapt to personalised contractual agreements and quotations
- Accurately review and entry of day dockets
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required, including but not limited to; scanning, photocopying adhering to confidentiality and always maintaining professional conduct.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service when communicating with clients at all times by phone and email, with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a team along side project managers, contracts administrator, operations and finance team
- Adhere to ACR policies and procedures
You will have demonstrated skills working in a similar role with expertise in your field. You will have proven experience of being an active member of a hard-working team.
You must have:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within Tier 1 companies
- Strong accounting practices, using Xero ideally
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent data entry skills
- Outstanding time management and ability to prioritise work requirements to meet deadlines
- High level verbal and written communication skills
