Description
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of the company:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process incoming payments with high accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing of goods and services.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Perform account reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies in payments or accounts.
Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable, implementing effective collection strategies.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing Accounts Receivable status.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to improve financial procedures and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all Accounts Receivable transactions.
Profile
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a finance role, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable functions.
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and teamwork.
Proficient in Excel and financial software applications.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address and resolve financial discrepancies.
SAP 4 experience is indispensable, highlighting the candidate's ability to adapt to specific financial systems and processes.
