Description

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your main job duties will include:

• Managing Funding: Monthly invoicing, statements, and reconciliations
• Monitoring overspend and exceptions to facilitate escalations
• Weekly billing, imports, and reconciliations
• Relationship management with clients, including onboarding and discharges
• Managing online claims, funding, and interactions with government departments
• AR reporting, follow ups and prompt debt collection
• Direct debit administration and stakeholder management
• Supporting quality initiatives and operational audits
• Contributing to improvements and automations in the billing and finance systems
• Supporting the financial month-end processes, reporting, and audits

Profile

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of end-to-end AR experience, ideally within the healthcare industry however not mandatory. They will have great attention to detail, be proactive and act with speed and accuracy. Most importantly - they will have strong communication skills, will contribute well into the culture and will be a valuable team member.
